For those of you who don't know, I LOVE Halloween. It's one of my favorite holidays. I love how the leaves start to change colors, the brisk mornings, the smell of heaters turning on, and hot chocolate! I love fall. I love everything about it. I also really love to carve pumpkins and dress up. This year we had our annual pumpkin carving family night at my parents house. It was a lot of fun. Everybody had a good time, but we missed the Fryer family. This year Austin and I dressed up as Batwoman and the Joker for our friend's party. Austin could only keep his costume on for part of it, because the kids were all pretty scared of him. It was a really fun though. We had dinner, a pumpkin carving contest, and then a scary movie. We are really lucky to have such close friends. Austin's friends are so great, and we all get together often. I've really gotten to know his friends and their wives and we all get along really great. We love them!!

Shannon I actually found them at walmart. I went there to buy the foam stuff to make them and then I saw these and thought they looked perfect. They were like $5 so I got them and just popped the lenses out. Thanks for letting us borrow the costumes!

I know we forgot to hand out awards this year for the best carved pumpkins so I'll just put my vote in now for Hadens pumpkin eating another pumpkin. His victory speech...I owe it all to my crazy aunt Jeni, and her wacky carving ideas.
